Preparing for WASLI 2011

In 24 hours I will be likely typing on this laptop but on a plane headed to  London, en route to Durban, South Africa. The purpose of this trip is to attend the World Association of Sign Language Interpreters conference, as well as two days of the World Federation of the Deaf congress.

New website!

After much encouragement from my husband, I am trying out WordPress for the latest iteration of interpretopia.net. I like the mobility of being able to update the site from any browser and not getting so tangled up in code. WP has an iPhone app too! You know I’ll be checking that out.

The previous blog was hosted here.
I’m not going to bother importing previous entries, just start a new with these pages.

I give thanks to the people who enjoy making web templates and giving them away for free.
